Software Engineer (Python) - Remote Anywhere in Europe

We are looking for a Software Engineer to join a growing global team in the digital finance sector. In this role you will have the opportunity to work on high-impact financial services using a modern, scalable technology stack.

🟢 Main responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy secure backend services with high availability and low latency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative fintech solutions.
Contribute to architectural decisions and mentor junior team members.
Maintain high code quality and drive continuous improvement.

🟢 Requirements

3+ years of commerical experience in programming
Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals
Practical experience with Python and AWS
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Basic knowledge of microservices architecture, 12-factor applications based on containers, and cloud-native practices Interest in CI/CD patterns and automated testing processes
Experience with or a keen interest in learning Event-Driven Architecture, Domain-Driven Design, and scalable asynchronous software.
A growth-oriented mindset
Fluency in English
