Our founder, Scott, has run this company for over three decades and believes that finding a true artist is the hardest thing in the world. We are looking for THE BEST. If you are a senior-level artist who lives for high-octane visual storytelling and can handle the prestige of global household names alongside the grit of alternative culture, we want your portfolio.

The Role: High-Octane Visual Design

This is a non-client-facing role where you will focus entirely on the art. You will work within the strict image guidelines of global powerhouses to design logos and graphics that fit our diverse customer base, spanning high-end retail, professional sports merchandise, and hospitality collections.

Key Responsibilities:

Global Brand Art: Translate complex image guidelines for household names, pro sports teams, and international hotels into original, high-impact logos and graphics.
Apparel & Retail Graphics: Design high-quality art specifically for clothing, souvenirs, and retail merchandise for world-class cruise lines and global destinations.
Hybrid Innovation: Balance traditional artistic mastery with cutting-edge technology. We expect you to be proficient with AI design tools (Gemini, Banana, etc.) to enhance your workflow without losing your unique human touch.
Production Excellence: Manage multiple projects simultaneously on a PC platform, ensuring every file is production-ready, technically accurate, and aesthetically superior.

Senior Mastery: You have exceptional design skills and a portfolio that showcases work for major names or high-stakes retail environments.
Versatile Aesthetic: You can pivot between the "edgy" rock and roll aesthetic and the polished, prestigious requirements of international hotels and pro sports.
Technical Savvy: You are a PC user who embraces new technology, including AI, to push the boundaries of what is possible in design. Experienced in Adobe Suite for artistic mastery.
Fluent & Professional: You speak and write English exceptionally well and can coordinate seamlessly with our US-based leadership.

Compensation, PTO & Benefits

PTO Structure: 5 paid days off in the first year. Every subsequent year, you earn 1 additional day up to a maximum of 10 days.
Holidays: 6+ paid US holidays provided annually.

The Vetting & Interview Process

To respect your time, we review portfolios and resumes first. We have found most offshore talent to be "underwhelming" in the past, so please send work that truly represents your best senior-level ability.

Portfolio Review: Immediate disqualification if the work does not meet our artistic standards.
Founder Interview: A first-round interview with Scott (EST) to discuss your artistic philosophy and experience.
Paid Assignment: Shortlisted candidates will be paid to complete a design test (e.g., creating a women's retail design for a global hotel or sports brand).

Final Interview: A final sync with Kenny, our Art Director (EST), to whom you will report.
