🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We’re working with a growing fire protection contractor that’s looking to bring on a senior-level sales professional to drive new construction and special projects across the Puget Sound region.

This role is focused on winning work, not quoting behind a desk. You’ll be out in the market building relationships with developers, builders, owners, and general contractors, targeting new builds, tenant improvements, renovations, multi-family, and commercial projects.

Fire protection experience is not required — what matters most is construction industry sales experience, strong relationships, and the ability to open doors.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Drive new business across new construction, TI, special projects, multi-family, and commercial work
Build relationships with GCs, developers, owners, and construction partners
Identify opportunities in growing suburban development and redevelopment markets
Sell full fire protection scopes including installation and project work
Work closely with ownership and operations to align strategy and execution
Represent the company in meetings, site visits, and industry events
Maintain a strong pipeline and contribute to long-term growth

What We’re Looking For:

Proven construction industry sales experience (fire protection experience not essential)
Strong existing relationships with builders, developers, and construction companies
Comfortable selling complex services and projects
Self-starter mentality — someone who thrives being out in the field
Confident communicator who can work directly with ownership
Willingness to be office-based in Puyallup, with daily field activity

Work Model & Expectations:

Primarily office-based in Puyallup
Expected in-office daily unless out meeting clients or visiting sites
Significant time spent in the field selling and relationship-building

Why This Role:

High-impact, visible role working closely with ownership
Strong regional growth and increasing project demand
Competitive base salary with performance-based bonuses
Opportunity to shape long-term sales strategy in a growing market
