Role Overview
A small private family in Dubai is seeking an experienced Villa Manager / Butler to oversee the day-to-day operations of their private residence. This is a hands-on role requiring a high level of professionalism, discretion, and initiative.
The successful candidate will act as the main point of contact for the Principal, manage household operations, and oversee a team of approximately 10 household staff. The role suits a proactive individual who enjoys being involved in both management and practical support.

Key Responsibilities
Household & Staff Management

Overseeing and coordinating a household team of approximately 10 staff
Setting daily priorities, schedules, and standards of service
Ensuring smooth communication between the Principal and household staff
Recruiting, training, and performance-managing staff where required

Principal & Butler Duties

Providing high-level personal and household support to the Principal
Managing daily household routines, service standards, and guest support
Ensuring discretion, privacy, and professionalism at all times

Property & Operations Oversight

Overseeing general maintenance, contractors, and ongoing property works
Applying previous experience in construction and renovation projects where required
Managing or supporting spa, wellness, or leisure facilities within the property
Ensuring all areas of the villa are maintained to a high standard

Travel & Flexibility

Being flexible to travel with the Principal when required
Supporting operations across multiple properties, if applicable

Candidate Profile

Proven experience as a Villa Manager, Butler, or similar senior household role
Demonstrated experience overseeing large household teams
Background or strong exposure to construction, renovations, or property projects
Experience working with spa, wellness, or leisure facilities highly advantageous
Proactive, hands-on, and solutions-focused
Highly organised, discreet, and professional
Flexible to travel and adapt to changing household needs
