Role Overview
A warm and welcoming family who have recently relocated from the UK to Dubai are seeking an experienced Nanny / Educator to take over from their much-loved current nanny. This is a long-term role supporting two young children under the age of five, both of whom attend a nearby nursery.
The family relies heavily on their nanny for consistency, structure, and daily support, particularly as one parent travels approximately one-third of the time. Flexibility, reliability, and a calm, capable approach are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Providing attentive, developmentally appropriate care for two young children
Supporting early years learning through play, routine, and educational activities
Managing nursery drop-offs and pick-ups (driving required)
Supporting one parent at home during periods of travel
Maintaining children’s routines, schedules, and wellbeing
Collaborating with the household team (housekeeper and driver employed)
Ensuring a safe, nurturing, and structured environment
Cooking nutritious meals for the children

Candidate Profile

Proven experience as a nanny and/or early years educator
Strong understanding of early childhood development
Native English speaker (essential)
Confident driver and able to ensure punctual nursery attendance
Flexible, proactive, and dependable
Comfortable stepping into a higher-support role when one parent is travelling
Warm, calm, and professional in approach
