As the brand continues to grow, leadership is shifting focus from purely technical media buying toward creative-led growth, recognizing that modern paid media performance is driven primarily by creative strategy.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Creative Strategist with Paid Media experience to own the intersection between creative direction and performance marketing.

This is a hybrid role — ideal for someone who started as a media buyer and evolved into a creative thinker who understands:

why ads work
how hooks drive performance
how messaging impacts conversion
how creative testing fuels scalable growth

You will work closely with leadership and creative resources to develop, test, and iterate high-performing ad concepts.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Strategy

Develop ad concepts and creative testing frameworks
Create briefs for video, UGC, and static creatives
Identify winning hooks, angles, and messaging themes
Analyze creative performance and iterate based on data
Build structured creative testing roadmaps

Paid Media Collaboration

Collaborate with media buying execution (Meta, TikTok, etc.)
Understand performance metrics and attribution trends
Translate data into actionable creative insights
Support scaling winners and refreshing fatigued creatives

Performance Analysis

Review ad-level data to identify creative trends
Understand why creatives succeed or fail
Optimize messaging for CTR, CPA, and ROAS
Partner with leadership on growth experimentation

Ideal Candidate Profile

Required

3–7 years of experience in paid media or performance marketing
Strong background in Meta and/or TikTok advertising
Demonstrated creative strategy experience
Ability to analyze performance data and extract insights
Experience briefing creatives and working with editors/designers
Strong English communication skills
Organized, analytical, and proactive mindset

Strongly Preferred

Experience in DTC, eCommerce, or CPG brands
Experience with UGC-driven creative strategies
Understanding of funnel-based creative (TOF / MOF / BOF)
Health-conscious lifestyle alignment with wellness brands
Experience working with fast-scaling ad accounts
