Role Overview: The Sales Force Multiplier

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Coordinator to serve as the operational backbone for our sales team. This is a high-priority, non-client-facing role designed to remove administrative bottlenecks and "clean up" the back-end operations for our team of eight sales professionals.

Your primary mission is to handle the logistics, data entry, and systems coordination that pull sales representatives away from presenting to clients and finding new business. This is a role for a process-driven professional who takes pride in data accuracy and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities

I. Sales Support & Quoting

Estimation & Quoting: Assist the sales team in putting together accurate estimates and quotes by pulling pricing from various vendors and internal systems.
System Maintenance: Maintain and update the CRM and ERP systems with meticulous detail, ensuring all property, client, and job data is current.
Workflow Cleanup: Act as the primary resource for back-end administrative tasks, ensuring that all sales documentation is finalized and ready for the next stage of the funnel.

II. Logistics & Dispatch Coordination

Operational Support: Coordinate dates, services, and complex logistics in partnership with the dispatch team to ensure service delivery matches client expectations.
ERP Data Entry: Manage high-volume data entry within the ERP system, ensuring that job details are synchronized between sales and operations.
System Updates: Proactively update logistics statuses and service modifications to prevent communication gaps between departments.

III. Accounting & Billing Integrity

Financial Accuracy: Ensure that all data entered into the systems is 100% accurate for the accounting and billing departments.
Audit Support: Review sales files to ensure all vendor costs and service fees are accounted for prior to final invoicing.
Data Integrity: Develop a "zero-error" mindset regarding financial data points within the company’s digital infrastructure.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: Previous experience in a sales support, commercial coordination, or logistics-focused administrative role is highly preferred.
Technical Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with ERP systems and CRMs. Mastery of Google Workspace and data entry protocols is essential.
Detail Orientation: Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy, especially regarding numbers and logistical dates.
Communication: Exceptional English fluency is required for seamless internal coordination with the sales and dispatch teams.
Work Style: A proactive self-starter who can manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment without direct client interaction.
