Construction Superintendent - Interiors - Gut Renovation

Annual Salary Range: $110,000 - $165,000 + Full Benefits

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage interior construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality control and adherence to design specifications.
Coordinate with architects, designers, and clients to develop detailed project plans and timelines.
Supervise on-site construction activities and manage subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met on schedule.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct regular site inspections to identify issues and implement timely solutions.
Maintain project budgets and track expenses, ensuring cost-effective project execution.
Prepare and present project progress reports to upper management and stakeholders.
Facilitate communication among all project stakeholders to ensure alignment and address any concerns promptly.

Essential Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Proven experience in managing interior construction projects.
Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and interior specifications.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Desired Experience:

A minimum of 2 years and a maximum of 8 years of relevant experience in the construction or interiors industry.
Demonstrated track record of successfully completed projects within budget and on schedule.
Experience in client-facing roles with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
