Location: Remote

Working Hours: Monday - Friday (42.5 hours every week)

Key Responsibilities:

Transform ideas and business opportunities into tangible products that provide clear, usable, useful and desirable outcomes for users.
Work closely with the Product and Engineering team to curate a compelling yet simple user experience for our customers.
Execute UX design in an agile, fast-moving environment.
Be a passionate advocate for the user, and facilitate design solutions by partnering with our Product team to incorporate customer insights throughout the creative process.
Ensure adherence to design best practices, standards, and brand consistency.

Eligibility Criteria:

1 to 2 years of working experience in UX.

Preferred Skills:

Prior experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a product or SaaS environment
Strong proficiency in Figma (self-assessed proficiency level to be mentioned by the candidate)
Hands-on experience with component-based design systems and reusable UI components
Solid understanding of UX principles, usability standards, and design guidelines
Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior designers as well as interns
Strong sense of accountability, ownership of work, and a growth mindset toward continuous learning
Experience or familiarity with B2B products and CRM platforms is a plus
