• Manage growth initiatives including new product launches, keyword optimization, promotions, and advertising strategies.

• Monitor sales velocity, customer metrics, and profitability across brands to guide strategic decision-making.

Customer Experience & Support

• Lead customer service strategy across all Amazon touchpoints, with a focus on maintaining excellent ratings and response time.

• Implement SOPs and automation tools to streamline post-sale communication, returns, and warranty processes.

• Drive initiatives that increase customer satisfaction, reduce negative feedback, and boost repeat purchases.

AI-Driven Operational Strategy

• Leverage AI tools and automation platforms to enhance operations in areas like forecasting, ad performance, competitive analysis, and customer service.

• Evaluate and implement AI-based solutions for product research, content optimization, marketing automation, and process improvement.

• Stay ahead of emerging tech trends that can drive efficiency and edge in e-commerce operations.

Leadership & Cross-Functional Management

• Manage and grow cross-functional teams across operations, supply chain, and support.

• Build scalable systems and infrastructure to support growth across multiple Amazon brands.

• Work directly with the CEO and leadership team to align operational strategy with
