We’re hiring AI Solution Engineers / Forward Deployed Engineers to work closely with customers and internal teams to deploy, customize, and scale AI-powered products. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, product, and customer success, translating real-world problems into robust AI solutions.

You’ll work directly with enterprise and mid-market customers, integrating AI systems into their workflows, owning deployments end to end, and feeding insights back into product and research teams.

What You’ll Do

Work with customers to understand use cases, data, and workflows
Design and implement end-to-end AI solutions using LLMs, ML models, and APIs
Build and customize integrations, pipelines, and tooling around AI products
Deploy and optimize AI systems in customer environments (cloud/on-prem)
Troubleshoot model behavior, performance, latency, and reliability issues
Partner with Product, Research, and Sales to shape roadmap and demos
Turn ambiguous customer needs into scalable, repeatable solutions

What We’re Looking For

Strong software engineering background (Backend / Full-stack / ML)
Experience working with LLMs, ML models, or AI APIs in production
Comfortable with Python (and/or TypeScript, Java, Go)
Experience building APIs, data pipelines, and integrations
Ability to operate in customer-facing environments
Strong communication skills—can explain technical concepts clearly
Bias toward execution in fast-moving, ambiguous environments

Nice to Have

Experience as a Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or ML Engineer
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Exposure to RAG, vector databases, fine-tuning, or inference optimization
Background in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or early-stage startups
