About the Role

This consultancy is also seeking a Senior Lead Fire Protection Engineer to serve as a technical authority and mentor across complex industrial and manufacturing projects.

This role is ideal for a senior engineer who enjoys solving challenging technical problems, guiding other engineers, and being a trusted internal resource — without the expectation of business development or client acquisition responsibilities.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Act as a senior technical expert on complex fire protection engineering projects
Support and mentor less-experienced engineers across the team
Provide high-level technical oversight, reviews, and guidance
Lead challenging designs involving industrial, distribution, and manufacturing facilities
Support selective government-related projects where applicable
Collaborate with project managers and leadership to ensure quality and consistency
Contribute to internal best practices and technical standards

What We’re Looking For:

7–15+ years of fire protection engineering experience
Strong background in industrial, manufacturing, and distribution facilities
Proven ability to mentor and support engineering teams
Excellent knowledge of NFPA standards and industrial fire protection challenges
PE license strongly preferred
Stable career history and strong technical credibility
