Working Hours: M-F 9-5 MST

A fast-growing healthcare organization with 260+ employees, scaling to ~300 this year. We value accuracy, ownership, and reliability and are centralizing finance operations by bringing bookkeeping in-house.

Role Overview

We are seeking a senior-level accounting professional to manage day-to-day accounting, multi-entity bookkeeping, payroll support, and light HR admin. This hands-on role reports to the Controller with dotted-line exposure to HR.

Key Requirements:

Mid–senior accounting experience
Comfortable with accounting + HR admin tasks
Bring critical finance operations fully in-house

Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance:

Take over bookkeeping from external firm
Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close
Support multi-entity accounting (14 entities), intercompany transactions, and payroll
Ensure financial reporting accuracy with Controller

HR & Admin Support:

Assist onboarding/offboarding and HRIS updates
Support internal HR documentation and admin workflows

Hard Skills:

Journal entries, reconciliations, month-end close
Payroll for 260+ employees
Multi-entity accounting & consolidation
Cloud-based accounting systems (QuickBooks Online or similar)
Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
HR admin support
