Licensed Client Service Associate

We are a fast-growing, values-driven wealth management firm seeking a Licensed Client Service Associate to support advisors and deliver a high-touch, white-glove client experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys client interaction, and can keep things running smoothly when priorities shift.

You’ll serve as both an operational anchor and a client-facing professional, playing a key role in scheduling, meeting preparation, client service, and account support.

What You’ll Do

Serve as a professional first point of contact for clients (phone, email, in person)
Manage advisor calendars, meeting logistics, and confirmations
Prepare meeting materials, follow-ups, and CRM documentation
Support new client onboarding, paperwork, and service requests
Maintain accurate records in CRM and custodial systems
Assist with compliance, special projects, and office operations
Identify client service needs and surface opportunities to advisors

What We’re Looking For

Active Series 7 license required
3+ years in financial services, RIA, or broker-dealer environment
Strong client communication and relationship skills
Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable in fast-paced settings
Proactive, service-oriented, and team-focused mindset
Experience with CRM systems (Redtail or similar preferred)
