Role Overview

We are hiring a strong individual-contributor Account Executive to support and scale our outbound sales efforts.

This role begins with high-volume outbound prospecting and quickly evolves into a full-cycle sales position, including discovery calls, presentations, follow-ups, and closing new business.

You will be the first point of contact for many prospective clients and will play a direct role in driving monthly revenue growth.

This is not a passive inbound role.
Success requires comfort with cold outreach, persistence, and strong written and verbal communication.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Sales & Prospecting

Execute daily outbound outreach via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn
Identify and engage decision-makers in the U.S. real estate industry
Research and target real estate investors, operators, and related professionals
Consistently hit daily and weekly activity KPIs

Sales Execution

Qualify prospects and book meetings
Conduct discovery calls and introductory sales meetings
Deliver clear presentations on company services and value proposition
Manage follow-up sequences and progress deals through the pipeline
Close new accounts and generate monthly order volume

CRM & Process Management

Maintain accurate activity tracking within the CRM
Log calls, emails, notes, and deal stages consistently
Re-engage warm leads and previous contacts
Collaborate with leadership to improve outreach messaging and sales workflows

Success Metrics

Performance will be measured by:

Daily outbound activity (calls, emails, touches)
Meetings booked
Show rate and conversion rate
Monthly orders received
Revenue contribution toward OTE targets

Ideal Candidate Profile

Required

3 - 6+ years of outbound sales or account executive experience
Prior experience selling into the U.S. market
Excellent written and spoken English (very important)
Strong phone presence and confidence with cold calling
Proven ability to handle rejection and maintain consistency
Experience using CRMs and sales tools (HubSpot, Apollo, or similar)
Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
Comfortable working EST hours

Strongly Preferred

Experience in real estate, title, escrow, mortgage, or adjacent industries
Familiarity with U.S. business culture and sales communication standards
Background in high-activity outbound sales environments

Compensation & Incentives

Base Salary: ~$1,500 USD per month
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $3,000 – $4,000 USD per month
Commission: Performance-based, uncapped structure tied to closed business

(Top performers may significantly exceed OTE.)

Tools & Accountability

To support performance transparency and productivity, the team utilizes modern sales tools, including:

CRM systems for pipeline management
Sales engagement platforms for outreach
Optional productivity tools such as secure browser-based activity tracking to support accountability without micromanagement
