In your day-to-day, you will 👇🏼

Own the maintenance, performance, and continuous improvement of a full-stack internal platform
Build and maintain production-quality code using Python and JavaScript/TypeScript
Develop and maintain frontend components using React and/or Next.js
Design, build, and consume REST APIs and backend services
Work with SQL databases to ensure data accuracy, performance, and reliability
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support integrations and optimize workflows
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues related to performance, reliability, and scalability
Maintain clear technical documentation and provide internal technical support
Contribute to architectural decisions and technical best practices

Skills you have 🚀

5+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer or in a similar role
Strong proficiency in Python
Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript
Experience working with React and/or Next.js
Solid experience with SQL databases
Experience building and consuming REST APIs
Proficiency with Git and version control workflows
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to performance and reliability
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Skills that will make you stand out 💥

Experience working with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
Exposure to vector databases, semantic search, or RAG-based systems
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure
Experience working with BigQuery
Frontend styling experience using Tailwind CSS
Experience with Prisma ORM
Knowledge of Docker and containerization
Exposure to workflow automation tools such as n8n, Airflow, or Zapier
Experience with AI/ML monitoring, evaluation, or observability tools
