Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Interior Designer with strong exposure to luxury 5-star hotels and golf course developments to join a high-profile hospitality project in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will bring international experience from the UK, US, or Europe, along with a proven portfolio of premium hospitality and resort projects. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to landmark developments aligned with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030.

Key Responsibilities

Lead interior design concepts for 5-star hotels, golf resorts, clubhouses, and hospitality facilities
Develop design concepts, mood boards, layouts, and FF&E selections
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and client stakeholders
Ensure designs meet luxury brand standards, project timelines, and budgets
Oversee design development from concept through execution and handover
Source high-end materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories
Ensure compliance with local regulations and international hospitality standards
Stay updated on global luxury hospitality and golf resort design trends

Requirements

Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
8–15 years of experience in luxury hospitality interior design
Mandatory experience in 5-star hotels and golf course / clubhouse projects
International experience in the UK, US, or Europe is required
Strong portfolio showcasing luxury hotel and golf resort projects
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite
GCC project experience is a strong advantage
