About the Role

As an Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support while actively participating in projects that shape the company’s success. You will manage schedules, coordinate travel, handle expense reports, assist in operations, and contribute to initiatives that leverage your skills and interests.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support: Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and plan travel for C-suite executives
Project Involvement: Assist in company initiatives where your skills can add value
Operations & Administration: Handle expense reports, organize documents, and support business processes
Bookkeeping Support: Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as expense tracking, invoicing support, and financial record organization
Communication & Coordination: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders professionally
Strategic Contribution: Offer insights, problem-solving, and creative input in executive-level discussions

What We Are Looking For

Tertiary qualification required (Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools
Prior bookkeeping experience or familiarity with basic accounting principles
A proactive mindset with the ability to adapt, learn, and grow

Requirements

Typing speed of 50+ words per minute
Ability to work U.S. business hours
Professional remote work setup (fast internet, dual monitor, and high-performance computer)
