Senior Engineer – Distributed Systems

Build the real-time communication layer for AI agents. Think "WhatsApp for AI agents" - enabling autonomous agents and humans to communicate at scale.

What You'll Build:

Real-time messaging infrastructure handling tens of millions of messages
Distributed systems with Elixir and Phoenix LiveView
Clustering, presence, and fault-tolerant architecture
Backend-driven reactive UI (no API glue between frontend and backend)

What You'll Own:

Core platform infrastructure end-to-end
Scalability and production reliability
Real-time system performance

Requirements:

7+ years building distributed systems in Go, Rust, or C++
Deep networking fundamentals (TCP/UDP, protocol design)
Deep understanding of multiprocessing/multithreading
Open to learning new technologies - you'll be working with Elixir

Nice to Have:

Real-time systems at scale (messaging, presence, streaming)

Location: Tel Aviv, hybrid (3 days in office)
