Practice Success Associate (Full-Time | Remote | Pacific Time)

About the Role

We are a fast-growing healthcare technology company seeking a Practice Success Associate to support medical practices using our platform. This role is focused on helping providers and their teams successfully onboard, adopt, and get ongoing value from the product.

You’ll work closely with practices to answer questions, resolve issues, coordinate follow-ups, and ensure a smooth overall experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, empathetic, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned healthcare practices
Support onboarding and implementation for new practices
Respond to practice questions via email, chat, or video calls
Track requests, issues, and follow-ups to completion
Coordinate internally with product, operations, and support teams
Proactively identify risks to practice success and escalate when needed
Maintain accurate notes and documentation in CRM and internal systems
Assist with training materials, guides, and best practices
Support ongoing relationship management to ensure long-term practice success

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in customer success, client support, account management, or a related role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple practices and priorities simultaneously
Comfort working with technology platforms and learning new tools quickly
Empathetic, service-oriented mindset with a problem-solving approach
Reliable internet connection and ability to work full-time hours
