Description

For our kitchen team, Boury is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Chef de Partie. In this key role, you will be responsible for your own section and play an essential part in delivering the level of quality expected in a Michelin-starred restaurant.

Responsibilities

Manage and organize your assigned kitchen section independently
Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to Boury’s standards
Ensure consistency, precision, and high-quality execution
Supervise and support commis chefs where applicable
Maintain strict hygiene, safety, and organizational standards
Work closely with the head chef and kitchen team during service

Requirements

Completed culinary education or equivalent professional training
Minimum of 1 year of experience as Chef de Partie or in a similar role
Experience in fine dining or Michelin-level kitchens is a strong advantage
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Team player with a professional and motivated attitude
