Job Title: Marketing Executive Assistant
Start Date: ASAP once the right fit is found
Employment Model: Direct Hire (1099 offshore independent contractor)
Hours: Full-time (40 hrs/week)
Salary: $1500-$2500 (based on experience and fit)

Overview

We are hiring a Marketing Executive Assistant to take ownership of marketing-related tasks currently handled by our Executive Assistant. This role will enable our current EA to focus on core administrative responsibilities while ensuring marketing operations run smoothly, consistently, and on schedule.

This is the first of several planned hires over the next six months, offering strong growth potential for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and execute day-to-day marketing tasks and workflows
Draft, edit, and proofread marketing copy (emails, posts, campaign assets)
Maintain accurate records and task updates in the project management system (required daily use)
Coordinate marketing deliverables, deadlines, and follow-ups
Support campaign execution and operational marketing processes
Identify opportunities to improve marketing workflows and efficiency
Assist with implementation of AI-driven marketing tools (if applicable)

Required Qualifications

Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Competent and confident copywriting ability
Proven consistency using a project management system (non-negotiable)
Reliable, proactive, and able to manage recurring tasks independently
Strong written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with AI marketing tools or strong willingness to learn
Prior experience supporting marketing operations remotely

Work Schedule & Location

Remote position
Preferred: Mountain Standard Time (MST)
Acceptable: Eastern Time (ET) with significant overlap with 9 AM – 5 PM MST
