Description

As a Pastry Intern, you will support the pastry section in a contemporary fine-dining kitchen that values precision, creativity and product quality. Under the guidance of the pastry chef, you will take part in the preparation and execution of desserts while developing your technical skills and understanding of professional kitchen workflows.

Requirements

Culinairy student or graduate from a recognized hospitality or culinairy school.
Strong teamspirit and high attention to detail.
Willingness to learn.
Ability to work under pressure.
Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safety standards.
Proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

Support dessert service, including plating and finishing.
Maintain cleanliness and organization.
Prepare basic elements such as doughs, creams, fillings, sauces and garnishes.
Carry out daily mise en place fort he pastry section.
Assist in the preparation of desserts and pastry components.
