About Nathan*

Located in the heart of Antwerp, Belgium, Restaurant Nathan is a Michelin-starred destination led by Chef Nathan Van Echelpoel. The restaurant has held one Michelin star since 2019, recognised for its refined cuisine, technical precision and distinctive approach to modern French-Belgian gastronomy.
Chef Nathan’s cooking is rooted in a deep respect for high-quality, seasonal ingredients, with a constant search for balance between simplicity and perfection.
