There is no cold calling, cold emailing, or outbound list building.

You will work exclusively with warm inbound leads, focusing on consistent follow-up, qualification, and converting interest into meetings for the sales team.

Manage and qualify warm inbound leads
Own the follow-up process across different touchpoints
Book meetings for the sales team
Keep CRM data clean and updated
Track your performance against conversion KPIs
Experiment with new approaches if current ones are not working
Collaborate with sales and growth in a fast-moving environment

Advanced English (spoken and written)
Experience working with a CRM
Strong follow-up and organizational skills
Comfort working toward KPIs and targets
Proactive mindset and ownership of results
Ability to work independently in small teams

Experience with HubSpot
Background in SaaS or product-led growth environments
Experience converting trial or inbound users into meetings
