We are seeking a highly experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) – Manager to act as a strategic partner to business leaders within a fast-paced Restaurant / Consumer Food environment. This role will drive people strategies aligned with business goals, support operational excellence, and strengthen leadership capability across the organization.

The ideal candidate brings strong HR leadership experience, hands-on business partnering skills, and deep exposure to QSR, hospitality, retail, or food service operations.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Business Partnering

Partner with senior leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Provide proactive HR advisory support on organizational effectiveness and people initiatives.

Workforce Planning & Deployment

Lead workforce planning to ensure optimal staffing, productivity, and cost efficiency.
Support manpower budgeting, succession planning, and organizational design.

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality talent.
Ensure effective onboarding programs that enable rapid integration and performance.

Employee Relations & Compliance

Manage employee relations matters, including investigations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR governance standards.

Performance Management & Culture

Drive performance management frameworks and continuous feedback culture.
Champion company values and foster a positive, high-performance workplace culture.

Leadership & Capability Development

Identify leadership and capability gaps; design and implement development initiatives.
Coach managers on people leadership, engagement, and team effectiveness.

Change Management & Business Support

Lead HR aspects of organizational change, transformation, and growth initiatives.
Support business restructuring, new store openings, and operational changes.

HR Analytics & Reporting

Utilize HR data and analytics to provide insights, track trends, and support decision-making.
Prepare and present regular HR reports to leadership.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
7–10 years of overall HR experience.
Minimum 3 years in an HR Business Partner or HR managerial role.
Strong experience in QSR, retail, hospitality, restaurant, or food service industry is highly preferred.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-site operational environment.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
