Hiring For Central Procurement Manager for Golf Resort in Bangalore Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with operational and financial targets. • Forecast material requirements in coordination with Operations, F&B, Engineering, Housekeeping, and Projects. • Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors; manage relationships and performance reviews. • Lead negotiations, contracts, and long-term supply agreements. • Manage day-to-day purchasing operations, approvals, and compliance with SOPs. • Monitor budgets, implement cost-saving initiatives, and analyse market trends. • Ensure adherence to statutory requirements, audit guidelines, and ethical sourcing practices. • Lead and mentor the procurement team, driving productivity and cross-department collaboration. Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA in Supply Chain/Materials Management preferred. • 10–15+ years of procurement experience
