Sales Manager – Poland (Manufacturing SaaS)

Client: Industrial Tech Company
B2B | Full-cycle sales | Poland-based

About the Company

Our client is a growing Industrial Tech company combining plug-and-play hardware with a SaaS platform that provides manufacturers with real-time production visibility and machine performance insights.

In simple terms: many factories don’t fully understand true machine efficiency, downtime causes, or real production cost per hour. This solution changes that.

The platform:

Collects live production and machine data
Provides operators with a simple interface to report orders, production and interruptions
Highlights downtime, bottlenecks and inefficiencies
Integrates with ERP systems
Replaces manual, paper-based reporting processes

The outcome: higher equipment utilization, smarter investment decisions, improved pricing accuracy and better operational control.

The company already has established sales leadership in the Nordics. Poland is now the strategic expansion market, with Germany planned as the next step after initial traction. The business is financially stable and entering a scaling phase.

Why This Role Matters

This is the first dedicated sales hire for Poland.

You will be responsible for building the market from the ground up. This is not an account maintenance role — this is a true market development position.

Product demonstrations and solution presentations
Building ROI-driven business cases

Territory strategy development
Maintaining pipeline and activity in CRM
Building long-term customer relationships

This is consultative, value-based selling focused on operational efficiency and measurable financial impact.

Frequent travel across Poland is expected. A driving license (B) is required. Travel expenses are reimbursed, and a company car may be provided based on performance.

Onboarding includes 1–2 weeks of training abroad at headquarters.
