Business Development Representative - Band.ai

About The Company

Band.ai is a groundbreaking, top-tier VC-backed AI startup (backed by Team8, Hetz Ventures, and Sierra Ventures)

In Band, we believe the future of enterprise productivity lies in the seamless interaction between humans and AI. As organizations deploy increasingly complex, distributed multi-agent ecosystems, the challenge is no longer just building agents - it’s governing how they work together. BAND is the enterprise-grade interaction infrastructure designed to solve the chaos of heterogeneous agent environments. We provide a shared interaction layer that enables real-time, multi-peer collaboration with built-in governance.

While frameworks focus on how agents think, we focus on how they interact, and by defining the rules of engagement, BAND ensures that collaboration is structured, secure, and scalable - not constrained by technical fragmentation.
