Job Description: Marketing Manager

Location: Remote (South Africa, LATAM, or Philippines)

Compensation: $1,500 – $2,000 / month

This role is crucial for building partnerships and executing marketing strategies that promote safety products effectively. You will be the voice of Our client, bridging the gap between high-quality security solutions and the people who need them through authentic engagement and strategic outreach.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution: Develop and launch marketing campaigns with a heavy focus on influencer partnerships and high-impact content creation.
Social Media Management: Lead the brand’s social media presence, managing daily engagement to foster a loyal and active community.
Content Development: Assist in crafting compelling narratives for various channels, including blogs, newsletters, and social platforms.
Influencer Outreach: Proactively identify and contact potential partners and industry influencers to establish long-term collaborations.
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor marketing metrics and campaign performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Must-Have Qualifications

Proven Strategy Execution: Demonstrable experience in executing digital marketing strategies with measurable results.
Social Media Savvy: A deep understanding of social media dynamics, algorithm trends, and the influencer marketing landscape.
Communication Excellence: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a knack for storytelling.
Autonomy: The ability to work independently and stay organized within a fully remote team environment.

Nice-to-Have

Direct experience within the security industry or related safety sectors.
Hands-on familiarity with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, or video editing software) and modern marketing methodologies.
