The Marketing Manager – Beers is responsible for leading the marketing strategy, planning, and execution of the company’s beer portfolio. The role oversees the development and performance of beer brands and ensures strong alignment between brand strategy, commercial priorities, and market execution.
Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Marketing Manager – Beers plays a key role in driving sustainable growth of the beer category by combining strategic thinking, hands-on leadership, and close collaboration with internal teams and international partners.
Job objective :
To build, grow, and strengthen the beer category by defining and executing effective marketing strategies, leading high-quality brand execution across all channels, and developing a strong brand management team, in order to support long-term business growth and brand equity.

Responsibilities:

Define and lead the annual and long-term marketing strategy for the beer category
Oversee the development and execution of brand marketing plans (ATL, BTL, digital, activations)
Identify market opportunities, competitive challenges, and growth drivers within the beer category
Ensure alignment between marketing strategy, sales priorities, and business objectives
Supervise and guide Beer Brand Managers in executing brand strategies and plans
Ensure consistent brand positioning, messaging, and execution across all touchpoints
Monitor brand performance, KPIs, and ROI of marketing investments
Lead portfolio optimization and innovation initiatives in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
Own and manage the annual beer marketing budget
Ensure effective allocation, control, and tracking of marketing spend
Analyze fund performance and recommend actions to maximize sales impact

Work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations to ensure flawless execution
Conduct market and site visits to understand customer needs, execution quality, and market dynamics
Support key commercial initiatives, promotions, and channel strategies
Serve as the main point of contact for international brand owners and partners
Lead preparation, coordination, and hosting of brand owner visits
Present brand performance and plans at weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual forums

Lead, coach, and develop Beer Brand Manager
Set clear objectives, provide ongoing feedback, and support professional growth
Promote a culture of accountability, creativity, and collaboration

Requirements and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in marketing, including brand management
Proven experience managing brands and leading projects end-to-end
Prior experience in FMCG and/or beverage industry – strong advantage
Experience managing or mentoring team members – advantage
Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution ability
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English and Greek
Strong analytical skills and business acumen
Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
High level of organization, attention to detail, and ownership
Creative, proactive, and results-oriented mindset

Strong leadership and people management capabilities
Ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution
Excellent collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
