Warehouse Associate (Japanese-English Bilingual)

Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with receiving, inspecting, organizing, and verifying inventory in a fast-paced environment. Candidates who are bilingual in Japanese and English are highly encouraged to apply.

Essential Duties
Perform a double-check to ensure that the items picked according to the order match the order details.
(If incorrect items are found, return them to the designated location, retrieve the correct items, and place them on the pallet.)

Assist with picking operations when there are no pallets requiring double-checking.

Inspect and verify the accuracy of products on pallets received for domestic shipments.
(After inspection, bring the Bill of Lading (BL) to the office.)

Conduct inventory quantity checks as needed (including refrigerated and frozen items).

Check product expiration dates (including refrigerated and frozen items).

Check for returned items on trucks coming back from deliveries.
(If returns are found, record whether the items are damaged.)

Inspect damaged products.
(If any are found, report the quantity and product name to the office.)

Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
(If items are not stored according to FIFO, rearrange shelf inventory accordingly.)

Full-time, on-site position.

Salary/Benefit
$17~$21/hr

Qualifications
Previous warehouse or inventory experience preferred but not required.
Ability to lift heavy items and work in refrigerated/frozen environments.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Good communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Japanese-English bilingual ability required.
Valid driver’s license is a plus.
