Key Responsibilities

Manage end‑to‑end payroll processes ensuring accuracy and compliance with Saudi labour regulations.
Coordinate recruitment activities: job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
Facilitate employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
Support employee engagement initiatives and contribute to retention strategies.
Maintain HR records and HR software systems with a high level of confidentiality.
Prepare and present HR reports and presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
Ensure regulatory compliance and stay updated on changes in Saudi labour laws.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address HR queries and resolve operational issues.

Essential Qualifications & Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong knowledge of Saudi labour laws and regulatory compliance.
Experience with HR software and payroll systems.
Excellent coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Demonstrated capability in screening resumes and conducting candidate assessments.
Solid understanding of employee onboarding, engagement, and retention practices.

Desired Experience

1–3 years of relevant experience in HR operations, payroll administration, or recruitment.
