We’re looking for someone who can help us work smarter, move faster, and scale efficiently through the strategic use of AI.

What You Will Do

As AI Operations Manager, you will be the connective tissue between cutting-edge AI tools and every function of our business — marketing, sales, operations, finance, and customer experience. This is not a research role. You will audit our current workflows, identify the highest-ROI automation opportunities, and implement solutions that save time, reduce cost, and drive revenue. You’ll report directly to the COO and work cross-functionally with every team member.

Audit & Strategy:

Map every major workflow across DTC, Amazon, wholesale, marketing, finance, and customer service to identify automation opportunities.
Build and maintain an AI roadmap prioritized by ROI, effort, and business impact.
Benchmark current processes to measure efficiency gains post-implementation.

Implementation & Integration:

Deploy AI-powered automations for repetitive tasks: order processing, inventory alerts, customer support triage, reporting, and data entry.
Integrate AI tools into our existing tech stack (Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, EDI/wholesale platforms, 3PLs, CRM, email/SMS platforms).
Build custom workflows using tools like n8n, Make/Zapier, Claude API, OpenAI API, and Python scripting.
Implement AI-driven analytics dashboards for real-time business intelligence across channels.

Content & Marketing Acceleration:

Support the marketing team with AI-assisted content creation workflows (ad copy, email, social, product descriptions) while maintaining brand voice.
Optimize Amazon listing content and advertising efficiency using AI tools.
Automate competitive intelligence gathering and market analysis.

Team Enablement:

Train the team on AI tools and best practices; make everyone at MOSH more productive.
Create internal documentation, SOPs, and prompt libraries for AI-assisted workflows.
Stay current on emerging AI tools and evaluate new solutions on a rolling basis.

Who You Are

You’re someone who geeks out (in the best way) over new tools and systems — constantly tinkering with the latest AI tools and testing what’s possible. You move fast, turning ideas into shipped solutions, and you can clearly articulate the business impact behind what you build.

Qualifications:

1–4 years of professional experience in a startup, agency, or tech-forward CPG environment.
Hands-on proficiency with AI platforms and tools: Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney, and similar; plus automation platforms like n8n, Make, or Zapier.
Technical enough to write Python scripts, work with APIs, and build custom integrations— but you don’t need to be a full-stack engineer.
Exposure to e-commerce tech stacks (Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, EDI, 3PL systems) is a strong plus.
A systems thinker who can look at a messy workflow and immediately see how to streamline it.
Obsessively curious about AI — you’re already building with these tools on your own time.
Strong communicator who can translate technical solutions into business outcomes for non-technical teammates.
Bias toward action. You ship, you iterate, you measure results.

Bonus:

Experience with wholesale/retail data integrations (EDI, SPS Commerce, retailer portals).
Familiarity with CPG financial modeling, contribution margin analysis, or demand planning.
Background in data science, business analytics, or a related quantitative field.
You’ve built and shipped AI automations that saved real time or money — and you can show us.
