Senior Electrical Consultant – Mission Critical / Data Center

Full-Time | Orlando, FL | Hybrid/Flexible

A nationally recognized engineering consulting firm is seeking a Senior Electrical Consultant with a strong “seller/doer” mindset to support the growth of its Orlando presence, focused on mission-critical and data center projects.

This role offers the opportunity to take a leadership position in a growing market while working on complex, high-profile infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and delivery of electrical systems for mission-critical and data center facilities
Oversee HV/MV power distribution, substations, redundancy strategies, and reliability planning
Conduct design reviews, site audits, and provide commissioning support
Develop and maintain strong client relationships
Contribute to business development and technical proposal efforts
Collaborate with regional leadership to support expansion in the Orlando market

Ideal Qualifications

10–15 years of electrical engineering experience
Significant experience with mission-critical or data center infrastructure
Demonstrated success managing complex projects and client relationships
Experience supporting office growth, market expansion, or start-up environments is a plus
Strong technical leadership and communication skills

Work Environment & Compensation

Hybrid/flexible work environment with in-office presence in the Orlando area
Standard Monday–Friday schedule, with occasional overtime as required
Alternative work schedules may be available
Base salary range: $100,000 – $150,000, negotiable based on experience
