In your day-to-day, you will 👇🏼

Serve as the in-market MAT product partner for insights platforms, capturing regional business requirements and translating them into standardized intake requests for engineering and IT execution
Support documentation and communication of the platform product roadmap, ensuring local priorities and feature needs are represented in global roadmap decisions
Act as the primary liaison between regional medical affairs stakeholders and the MAT global team, facilitating knowledge transfer sessions and ensuring alignment on platform capabilities, releases, and timelines
Document requirements for building and scaling across therapeutic areas and regions
Coordinate vendor interactions at the local level, supporting release validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and delivery confirmation against agreed priorities
Identify and capture region-specific configuration needs and work with MAT and business partners to ensure the platform fits local use cases and therapeutic areas
Provide short- and long-term implementation support for regional platform activations, including requirements documentation, release validation, and structured handoffs to global IT and development resources

Skills you have 🚀

Mid-level experience as a Business Analyst within Medical Affairs, life sciences, or healthcare environments
Experience gathering and documenting business requirements (BRDs, FRDs, user stories)
Experience supporting roadmap documentation and cross-functional alignment
Experience coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT) and release validation
Ability to work with global stakeholders across regions and time zones
Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
