Marketing Manager – 18116

Location: Remote (South Africa or LATAM)
Work Hours: Full-time, aligned with PST (7 a.m. – 4 p.m.)
Salary: $2,500/month (Negotiable)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and mission-aligned Marketing Manager to take ownership of internal and external marketing initiatives. This role replaces a disengaged contractor and requires an engaging personality that resonates with the company culture. The ideal candidate will excel in SEO, Google Ads, email campaigns, and internal communications, with the ability to perform clerical and organizational tasks when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across SEO, Google Ads, and email campaigns
Build targeted lists and run cold email campaigns to generate leads or internal engagement
Design engaging content and one-page marketing materials for internal or external use
Coordinate trade show campaigns and internal engagement efforts
Conduct market research to inform strategy, leveraging tools such as SPINS, NBJ data, or Canva for visuals
Utilize AI tools to automate research, content creation, and campaign workflows
Produce video content and other visual media to support marketing initiatives
Assist with clerical duties, documentation, and internal marketing administration

Minimum Qualifications:

3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably internal, B2B, or growth-focused
Proven expertise in SEO, Google Ads, email campaigns, and content creation
Excellent English communication skills; slight accent acceptable
Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
Familiarity with Canva, Mailchimp, and other relevant marketing platforms
Experience with AI tools for marketing and creative content generation
Video production and editing experience
