An emerging Australian telehealth service focused on preventative and metabolic health is seeking an endorsed Nurse Practitioner to join as a foundational clinical hire.

This role offers the opportunity to practise at an advanced level while contributing to the development of a standards-led model of preventative healthcare. The service is built on a clinically responsible approach that prioritises long-term credibility, patient safety and sustainable outcomes, aligned with Australian regulatory and prescribing standards.

The Opportunity

As the primary healthcare practitioner, you will work autonomously within your Nurse Practitioner scope, deliver telehealth consultations to patients across Australia and help develop clinical systems, protocols and care pathways as the service grows.

This patient-centred model prioritises quality over volume. Care is delivered through structured protocols, defined eligibility criteria and ongoing monitoring to ensure safe, measurable and sustainable outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive virtual consultations and clinical assessments
• Developing and managing treatment plans
• Prescribing within scope using TGA-approved Schedule 4 medications
• Providing ongoing patient education and monitoring
• Working within structured clinical protocols and compliant care pathways
• Supporting the establishment of safe, accountable clinical workflows

The role will begin at approximately 2 to 3 days per week, with potential to increase as demand grows.

You will help shape the clinical model as the service expands and additional clinical support is introduced.

Engagement Options

This role can be structured to suit the successful candidate, with options including:

Hours will start at approximately 2 to 3 days per week, with flexibility to increase as the service grows.

Remuneration

Remuneration is negotiable and aligned with current Australian Nurse Practitioner market rates, reflecting experience and clinical scope.

Requirements

• Endorsed Nurse Practitioner registration with AHPRA
• Confidence practising autonomously within a telehealth environment
• Strong clinical judgement and patient-centred approach
• Interest in preventative and longevity-focused healthcare
