We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented MarCom professional to manage company social media, public relations, and event activities. The ideal candidate should be creative, organized, and capable of handling end-to-end marketing communication initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management

Plan and execute social media strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
Create and schedule engaging content (posts, banners, videos).
Manage company pages and respond to audience queries.
Track analytics and prepare monthly performance reports.
Improve brand visibility and engagement.

2. Public Relations (PR):

Coordinate with PR agencies and media partners.
Draft press releases, media notes, and company announcements.
Manage media coverage and brand positioning.
Support leadership communication and corporate announcements.

3. Event Management:

Plan and execute corporate events, exhibitions, trade shows, and webinars.
Coordinate with vendors, designers, and internal teams.
Manage event budgets and timelines.
Ensure brand consistency in all event collaterals.

Required Skills:

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in handling LinkedIn and B2B marketing (preferred).
Basic design knowledge (Canva, Adobe, etc.).
Event coordination experience.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Good vendor and stakeholder management skills.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
3–5 years of relevant experience in MarCom / Marketing.
