Role Summary

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is an inside sales and prospecting role responsible for generating and qualifying new business opportunities for a portfolio of assigned clients.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in high-activity outbound environments, enjoys engaging prospects, and is motivated by hitting measurable performance targets.

Your primary objective is simple:

Generate qualified appointments that convert into revenue opportunities for clients.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation

Execute structured outbound outreach:
- Cold calling
- Email campaigns
- Social / LinkedIn engagement
Identify decision-makers and key stakeholders
Generate sales-ready leads

Pipeline Management

Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects
Track outreach activity and follow-ups
Ensure CRM accuracy and visibility
Advance prospects through qualification stages

Client Support & Relationship Ownership

Support prospecting initiatives for assigned clients
Align activity with client goals and ICPs
Communicate progress, insights, and results
Build trust through reliability and consistency

Performance & KPI Accountability

Drive toward monthly and quarterly targets
Prioritize activities that directly impact results

Qualifications

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Experience

Prior SDR, inside sales, or prospecting experience preferred
Experience with outbound calling strongly valued
