The Opportunity

We are moving away from a fractional accounting team and bringing our bookkeeping in-house. We need a dedicated, reliable, and sharp Bookkeeper to own our financial data. Our books are not overly complicated, but they require a meticulous eye and a person who can provide real-time updates rather than waiting for end-of-month reports.

What You Will Own

QuickBooks Management: Complete ownership of QuickBooks (Online). You will create, monitor, and maintain all entries.
Financial Reporting: Building and analyzing Income Statements, Balance Sheets, and P&Ls. We don't just want the numbers; we want you to ensure they are accurate and ready for review.
Internal Communication: Provide quick updates on cash flow or entry status. You will attend internal meetings and should be comfortable being on camera to discuss the numbers with the team.
Asynchronous Efficiency: While we prefer overlap with CST hours, you are a self-starter who can work through your tasks independently and have everything ready for the start of the US business day.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: 4+ years of professional Bookkeeping experience.
Software: Expert-level proficiency in QuickBooks is non-negotiable.
Communication: Fluent English (written and verbal). Must be comfortable with internal video calls and providing regular status updates.
Schedule: Ability to work a schedule with significant overlap with US CST hours.
