What You Will Do

As the Senior Regional Account Manager, you will own all frozen accounts across the Midwest and East Coast (excluding a small set of named national customers). This is a high-travel, field-focused role where you will drive distribution growth, lead brokers, execute line reviews and resets, and ensure strong post-reset performance. You will be responsible for SKU-level velocity, forecasting accuracy, supply coordination, and retailer-specific strategy across both natural and conventional channels.

Responsibilities:

Full ownership of frozen accounts across the Midwest and East Coast
50%+ travel to customer markets, broker meetings, and store visits
Drive distribution growth, line reviews, and resets
Manage SKU-level velocity and post-reset performance
Own forecasting accuracy and coordinate supply planning
Lead and hold brokers accountable across assigned regions
Prioritize effectively across multiple banners, doors, and decision-makers
Develop retailer-specific strategies for natural and conventional channels

Who You Are

You are a self-directed, field-oriented sales leader who thrives in high-accountability environments. You have deep experience in the frozen category and are comfortable owning large territories with multiple stakeholders. You know how to expand distribution with limited trade spend, defend premium pricing, and make tough SKU-level decisions that drive long-term growth.

Qualifications:

7+ years of CPG sales experience, including meaningful frozen category experience
Direct ownership of multiple regional or mid-tier retail accounts
Proven ability to win and expand distribution with limited trade budgets
Experience leading line reviews and resets
Strong SKU-level velocity management and forecasting ownership
Experience across both natural and conventional retail channels
Strong broker leadership and accountability skills
Candidates should live in the Eastern or Midwestern regions and be comfortable with 50%+ travel
Ideal candidates will come from growth-stage brands with limited trade budgets, and have large, complex territories with many doors and decision-makers. They will have experience selling premium or specialty food brands requiring price defense. They will have been in roles requiring sustained field presence and autonomy

Benefits

The starting salary range for this position is $120,000 – $150,000 per year, plus an annual bonus plan. Actual compensation will be determined by skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
