We're a leading recruitment company in Sri Lanka looking for a Head of EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) for a leading construction company based in Bangladesh. The Head of EPC will provide strategic and operational leadership across Engineering, Procurement, and Construction functions, ensuring the successful delivery of large-scale EPC projects within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards. This role is critical in driving project excellence, commercial performance, and strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee end-to-end EPC project execution for major civil construction projects.
Develop and implement EPC strategies aligned with business objectives and growth plans.
Ensure effective project planning, scheduling, costing, estimation, and budget control.
Oversee contract administration, claims management, variations, and dispute resolution.
Drive procurement strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery timelines.
Ensure compliance with contractual, statutory, safety, and quality requirements.
Provide leadership to multidisciplinary project teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
Act as a senior client-facing representative, managing key stakeholders and consultants.
Identify project risks and opportunities, implementing mitigation and value-engineering measures.
Support business development efforts through technical input, bid reviews, and tender evaluations.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in EPC and large-scale civil construction projects.
Proven expertise in project execution, costing, estimation, contract administration, and claims management.
Experience in infrastructure, industrial, commercial, or large building projects will be a strong advantage.
Demonstrated success in senior client-facing roles and stakeholder management.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
Excellent commercial acumen and risk management capability.
