About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Monday.com Administrator to serve as the internal owner and architect of our Monday.com platform across the entire organization.

This position is responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and governing Monday.com across all company resource boards and functional departments.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of ongoing, hands-on Monday.com experience and has previously held a primary administrative or power-user role supporting a company’s

organizational infrastructure within Monday.com.

Core Responsibilities:

Company-Wide Board Hygiene & Governance

Maintain cleanliness, structure, and consistency across all company resource boards.
Enforce naming conventions, ownership clarity, status consistency, and workflow standardization.
Conduct routine audits to ensure boards remain usable, accurate, and sustainable long-term.
Eliminate outdated workflows and reduce system clutter.

Board Architecture & Infrastructure Projects

Design and build new Monday.com board infrastructures when operational needs arise.
Lead projects from intake → architecture → build → automation setup → dashboarding → rollout.
Provide structured training to the appropriate department staff once buildout is complete.

Post-Build Governance (Clear Scope)

After a new board is built and training is completed:

The administrator will maintain overall hygiene and governance standards.
They will not be responsible for operating the board on behalf of departments.
Functional teams will retain ownership of their boards after training.

Internal Support & Troubleshooting

Serve as the primary Monday.com resource for internal questions.
Troubleshoot automations, permissions, dashboards, and workflow issues.
Recommend scalable improvements where inefficiencies are identified.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

3+ years of continuous Monday.com experience (required).
Demonstrated experience building and maintaining board infrastructures in a business setting.
Experience serving as a Monday.com admin or primary support lead within an organization.
Strong understanding of automations, dashboards, permissions, templates, and integrations.
Ability to independently manage projects from concept to completion.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
