The Opportunity

We are a fast-growing personal development brand rebuilding our social media infrastructure from the ground up. Our team produces a high volume of impactful content across YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms — publishing hundreds of pieces per month.

This is not a creative-first role. We are seeking a Syndication & Distribution Specialist who thrives in the operational side of content. Your responsibility is to ensure that every asset is properly formatted, repurposed, scheduled, and delivered flawlessly across platforms.

What You Will Own

1. Content Syndication & Repurposing

Convert core creative assets into platform-specific formats
- Turn YouTube scripts into structured articles
- Transform top-performing LinkedIn posts into Notion resources
- Adapt long-form content into Reels, Shorts, and platform-ready captions
Optimize content formatting for each platform (aspect ratios, caption limits, hashtags, tagging, structure)
Manage the technical uploading and scheduling process end-to-end
Ensure content is published accurately and on time

2. Distribution Operations

Maintain and manage a master content calendar supporting 200+ posts per month
Organize and tag the internal content library for easy retrieval and repurposing
Make final edits and light design adjustments in Canva
Perform final quality control checks before publication
Ensure flawless execution across all publishing channels

This is not a stepping-stone role for aspiring influencers or creatives. We are looking for someone committed to mastering the craft of content operations and syndication.

Requirements & Qualifications

3+ years in Social Media Management or Content Syndication
Experience managing high-volume output (100–200+ posts per month)
Strong proficiency in Canva
Experience with scheduling tools (Metricool, Buffer, or similar)
Experience with project management tools (Notion, Asana, or similar)
Excellent written English for repurposing scripts into articles and captions
Proven track record of consistency and precision in fast-paced digital environments

Ideal Background
