We are building an aggressive outbound sales engine and are seeking a high-performance Sales Development Representative to drive revenue growth in North American markets.

🎯 Role Summary

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will be responsible for generating, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities for our Employer of Record (EOR) solution within the US and Canadian markets.

This is a performance-driven role suited for a highly aggressive, hungry, and target-oriented sales professional with a proven track record in solution-based selling.

The ideal candidate thrives in outbound environments, is comfortable making high volumes of calls daily, and has deep experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator to generate and nurture leads.

🔥 Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Lead Generation & Prospecting

Identify and target decision-makers (CEOs, Founders, COOs, HR Directors) in the US & Canada.
Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator extensively to source and qualify high-intent prospects.
Build and maintain a robust outbound pipeline.
Research companies expanding offshore or hiring remotely.

2️⃣ Outbound Sales Execution

Conduct high-volume outbound calling daily (cold and warm).
Send personalized LinkedIn outreach messages.
Execute structured email follow-up sequences.
Consistently book qualified appointments for strategy calls.
Drive opportunities through the pipeline to close.

3️⃣ Lead Qualification

Assess prospect readiness for offshore hiring.
Identify hiring volume, expansion plans, and decision timelines.
Qualify based on budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT framework).
Educate prospects on EOR vs Independent Contractor models.

4️⃣ Sales Conversion

Present TalentBox Caribbean’s EOR solution clearly and confidently.
Overcome objections related to offshore hiring and compliance.
Close deals and onboard new EOR clients.
Meet and exceed monthly revenue and onboarding targets.

5️⃣ CRM & Reporting

Maintain accurate records of all activities in CRM.
Track daily calls, conversations, meetings booked, and deals closed.
Provide weekly pipeline and performance reports.

📈 Performance Expectations

Minimum outbound calls daily (to be defined — e.g., 50–80+)
Consistent LinkedIn outreach activity
Monthly new client acquisition targets
Appointment-setting KPIs
Revenue-based targets
Maintain a strong close ratio

🧠 Required Skills & Experience

✔ Proven track record in B2B solution-based sales
✔ Demonstrated history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
✔ Deep working knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator
✔ Strong outbound cold-calling experience
✔ Experience booking appointments and closing deals
✔ Ability to handle objections confidently
✔ Experience selling HR, recruitment, outsourcing, or EOR solutions is a major advantage
✔ Strong understanding of US & Canadian business environments
