Main requirements
Requirements – at least 5-7 years’ experience + Civil engineer diploma
Start date - Between 16-March-2026

Main responsibilities
-Incoming control inspection of materials/equipment on site
-Monitoring activities on the construction site/daily walk around making a report on observation (Surveillance Report), a report outlining the deviation from the specification of the process, procedure (Non-Conformance Report)
-Operational and Quality control of construction works on site: pre-concrete pour inspection (installation of reinforcement/embedded details/anchor bolts/formwork/), pour of blinding, concrete pour, quality control of foundation, installation of up-ground & underground pipelines (heating main/potable/technical/fire waters), installation of steel structural (checking of anchors and bolts connections), re-construction of the building (interior finishing/floors/doors/gates/windows/roofs/gutters) installation of wall and roof sandwich panels installation of engineering systems for water supply, sewerage, heating and ventilation systems (HVAC), lightening, installation of equipment, pour Grouting under installed equipment, earthwork (backfilling) process: verification of compliance with the thickness of the backfill layer and compaction methods, monitoring compliance with soil quality standards during the arrangement of the construction site and access and evacuation roads/ witness of laboratory tests at the construction site, witness of leakage test of buildings, above-ground and underground structures
-Organization of production setup on the construction site, compliance with specifications, requirements of GOST, SNiP, MS, ITP and AFC Drawings
