We are seeking a highly organised and professional Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to senior leadership. This role requires flexibility, discretion and a strong commitment to supporting business needs. The successful candidate will be well-presented, articulate and able to manage a varied and fast-paced workload.

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day administrative and personal support
Manage schedules, appointments and correspondence
Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements and logistics
Handle confidential information with discretion
Support ad hoc business and personal requirements as needed
Travel when required and approved by the business

Candidate Requirements

Proven experience in a similar Personal Assistant role

Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written)
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Professional presentation and communication skills
Flexible approach to working hours in line with business needs
Valid driving licence (preferred)

Working Hours

6 days per week with 1 day off
Flexibility required in accordance with business demands
