Their product supports both cloud and self-hosted deployments and is trusted by product, engineering, and data teams around the world that value privacy, flexibility, and transparency.

The company operates as a fully remote, English-speaking team aligned primarily with the Germany/EU timezone. They are currently a lean team of eight and continuing to grow.

About the Role:

The Full-Cycle Sales Representative will take ownership of mid-market revenue by managing the entire sales process from discovery to close. This role is responsible for converting inbound leads generated through product adoption and marketing while also building a structured outbound pipeline. The ideal candidate is a proactive and self-directed salesperson who can balance inbound opportunity management with outbound prospecting to drive consistent revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Ownership (Mid-Market Focus)

Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to closing deals.
Own mid-market opportunities end-to-end, including discovery calls, product demos, negotiation, and closing.
Handle objection management and guide prospects through the buying process.
Close cloud and on-premise licensing agreements with qualified buyers.

Inbound Lead Management

Respond to and manage approximately 5–10 inbound leads per day.
Qualify and nurture prospects through the sales funnel.
Maintain organized pipeline management and strong CRM hygiene.
Provide clear reporting on pipeline health and conversion metrics.

Outbound Pipeline Development

Build and execute outbound prospecting strategies targeting ideal-fit accounts.
Develop messaging, outreach scripts, and sales sequences.
Prospect through LinkedIn, email, and phone outreach.
Identify and engage companies seeking alternatives to traditional enterprise survey platforms.
Continuously test and optimize outbound strategies to improve results.

Qualifications

3–6+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
Proven experience managing the full sales cycle and closing mid-market deals.
Experience selling technical products to product, engineering, or data teams.
Strong ability to build outbound sales processes and prospect pipelines.
Highly organized and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Based in South Africa with availability aligned to European time zones.

Nice to Have

Experience selling developer tools, open-source products, or API-driven platforms.
Experience competing with larger enterprise software vendors.
Familiarity with both short and long sales cycles.

Compensation

Base Salary: $1,500 – $1,600 USD per month
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $2,500 – $3,500+ per month
Commission Structure: Example ~4% of closed revenue
- ~$25K closed/month ≈ ~$1K commission
- Commission scales with performance
