Role Highlights:

Advise multinational and technology-driven clients on GDPR, EU data protection laws, and cross-border data compliance frameworks.
Provide strategic guidance on privacy governance, regulatory risk mitigation, and personal data lifecycle management.
Lead and support data breach investigations, data theft matters, and regulatory enforcement proceedings.
Draft and negotiate privacy documentation, conduct compliance audits, and collaborate with global stakeholders to deliver commercially sound, regulatorily compliant solutions.

Ideal Candidate:

Mandatory CIPP-E (Certified Information Privacy Professional – Europe) certification issued by the International Association of Privacy Professionals.
Strong hands-on experience advising on GDPR and EU data protection laws.
Exposure to multinational clients and cross-border data transfer frameworks.
Experience handling data breach investigations and regulatory enforcement actions is preferred.
Educational background: LLB from a reputed law school.
