Position : Property Manager

Work Hours (Client) : 9 am - 5 pm UK time, Monday thru Friday

Pay Range : 1,200-1,600 USD/month (varies based on skill set and experience level)

Our client is an Oxford-based property management company with a portfolio of furnished short-term rental homes in and around Oxford.

Duties and Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly efficient and detail-oriented individual to provide remote support to our UK-based property management team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day housekeeping and maintenance of short-let Airbnb-style homes in Oxfordshire, UK.

Checking housekeeper reports and schedules
Answering calls from guests and owners
Liaising with the UK property management team
Providing general support to the UK team

Minimum Requirements:

Language requirement: Excellent English (C2) written and verbal communication skills

Excellent planning and organizational skills
Experience in property management
Comfortable with basic financial tasks
Strong phone skills
Proficient with cloud-based apps and technologies (Google docs, spreadsheets,
property management systems)
Access to a phone for an on-call rota (1 week in 4)
Fast broadband access
Laptop or computer
Phone or tablet for cloud-based phone app and WhatsApp
Quiet workspace with minimal disruptions
